We founded Beauty Bath Junkie with one goal in mind: giving our customers a hand made product for a great price and an enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. The Small Print
You got your order but there is something wrong with your order?
If you need to return a product to us, contact us via email or the contact form on site prior to returning to Beauty Bath Junkie, Unit 2, Station Road, Cupar, Fife KY155HX
Please don't send anything before contacting us, as not every item can be sent through standard post. For example, body sprays and perfumes over 30ml cannot be returned by post due to mailing restrictions.

You have a legal right to cancel a contract which starts from the date we confirm your order has been despatched, which is when the contract between us is formed. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of fourteen days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive the products. Days mean calendar days, including weekends and public holidays.
Where you have cancelled a contract and the products have already been delivered to you, you should return them to us as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you inform us of your right to cancel.
Where the products have already been delivered to you, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us.
If you are cancelling your order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods if the goods have already been despatched.
If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you return them to us within 21 days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products. In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.
Please note that handmade products such as bath bombs and bubble bars may have a small cosmetic cracks which do not affect usage of the product. This is not considered damaged or faulty and will work just as well - however it is the nature of hand made - every one is different.
Any disputes will be solved in the country of incorporation.
We try and take the best pictures for our website to reflect accurately the item you will receive, however do bear in mind that colours may appear differently than what you see on site (lighter or darker).
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
We ship to the United Kingdom only. Due to restrictions on manufacturers of cosmetics since Brexit, we are unable to ship to Ireland.
We use APC overnight to ship our parcels of goodies. We have found them to be excellent for service and they are super quick too! Most parcels are delivered within 24 hours of dispatch and we ship mon - friday.
UK APC overnight delivery, Monday to Friday (£14) for orders £151 - £300 value.
Areas such as the Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands may incur extra fees, or a different courier may be utilised (eg 3-4 day service.
Orders will be sent via courier, with deliveries usually taking place between 8am and 8pm. APC will not leave parcels in a "safe place" without notification of this, nor will they deliver to an alternative address. Due to covid policies still in force, all parcels delivered will have a photo taken (rather than a signature). All missed deliveries will be notified to the email address given at time of ordering. They will not redeliver until they receive instructions - so please reply to email to arrange this. If no arrangements are made, the parcel will be returned to us after 7 working days.
All about Information Security
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. The information is strictly used for Beauty Bath Junkie employees to process your orders and third party site (APC courier). All information is password protected and is only used strictly for business and in the case of the courier sevice - this personal information is only given to facilitate delivery on instruction from us.
Generally, we store your personal information for as long as necessary in order to maintain the customer relationship and to provide services to you. There are other reasons why your personal information may be retained for a longer period such as legal or regulatory reasons. However, if you opt in to receive marketing communications from us we will retain your personal information as long as necessary (for the purposes of direct marketing to you) unless you withdraw your consent to, or unsubscribe from, marketing materials. If you would like to withdraw your consent to, or unsubscribe from, marketing communications, please contact us in the manner indicated in the relevant communication.
If you have added items to your basket and not continued with the purchase we may email you to see if you require any help.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- Actively look to send our customers specific discount codes to help with their purchase history.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Additionally, if you are a UK resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site),and we need to book a courier. We share your name, address, email address and contact number to ensure the courier can get your parcel to you.
