Any reps are self employed and supply the products listed to their customers. They also make up hampers, gift packs, sample packs and may add "extras" to hampers off social media which are not supplied / provided by Beauty Bath Junkie. If you have a complaint or query relating to your order - in the first instance please contact the person you purchased from. If the issue is not resolved, then please contact us via the contact form.
BBJ cannot be held responsible for the actions of self employed reps - we provide information relating to the products we retail and provide images, however the reps are free to supply other products offline according to their customer requirements / requests - this is something we cannot police, however we have codes of conduct we do expect our reps to adhere to and if you have an issue you cannot resolve amicably we will intervene in order to try and resolve.
Descriptions of Products
We have taken every care to describe and show all items as accurately as possible, and with accordance to the manufacturer's specification. Despite this, a slight variation in items may occur. Every batch is different/ Please note that the vast majority of items are handmade - if you want perfect - this is not the place to shop! The bombs may not be prefectly round - they may have cracks in the surface, they may crumble a bit, this is all normal with using a hand mould. They might vary from the picture - the colours might be brighter or lighter....... They still work the same with a a crack or a dent and we think it adds to the charm! We provide you with product information on the website. If there is anything, which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org For information regarding full ingredients - also send an email stating which product.
Products for skin conditions / medical conditions
We often get asked about products and whether they are hypoallergenic or good for sensitive skin - all we can reply is that these terms cover a huge range and it is not possible to say whether one person may react with a product when another person may not. Alot of the products are SLS free and paraben free (although some are not) please check descriptions - these are often what can cause skin irritations. Also some products contain Almond Oil and although experts are divided on whether external contact with this will cause a reaction - it is always better for us to mention it for those who suffer nut allergies. What we would advise is - you know better what your skin reacts to - check the ingredients list, or ask for information about the product you are interested in and if you want to purchase always do a patch test. We do not advise our reps to give recommendations for products, unless specifically advised by the supplier that the product is suitable for sensitive skin.
Various products would not be suitable for those with medical conditions - however it is impossible to list these - if you are a sufferer of a condition, it is your responsibility to know what could affect your health and if you have any questions re ingredients we will of course do our best to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision of whether to purchase or not.

IF IN DOUBT THEN ASK BEFORE YOU ORDER. SOME PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN SLS, ALMOND OIL, COCONUT OIL, MILK POWDER / BUTTERMILK POWDER. ALL CONTAIN FRAGRANCE OIL OR ESSENTIAL OILS AND SOME CONTAIN GLITTER OR PLANT MATTER (EG ROSE PETALS AND LAVENDER)

If, within 3 working days of accepting your order, we discover that all of the items are unavailable, we will email you to request if you would like an alternative item or refund, if a refund is chosen it will be processed within 3 working days. If we do not receive a reply within 14 working days the order will be cancelled and refunded in full. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
We use new and recycled packaging for sending our orders. We Do not currently provide a gift wrap service. Depending on the size of the order, the items get delivered in unbranded envelopes or boxes - usually recycled, as we do not want to generate more litter, than necessary.
The price of an item does not include the delivery charge. This is calculated be weight as follows -
1kg and over £8 next day delivery service. 5kg and over £11 next day delivery.
PLEASE NOTE DISPATCH DAY IS WEDNESDAY FOR REPS, SO NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS DAY AFTER DISPATCH.
Payment can be made by debit / credit card via secure processor. Please contact via contact us form if you wish to pay by bank transfer. All payments will be due and shall be due before dispatch of goods. If your payment fails your order will be cancelled within 14 days, unless you contact to specify otherwise.
No goods will be dispatched until payment has been made in full, and the funds have cleared.
Orders are aimed to be delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Postal orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive after an order is placed. If a tracked order has not arrived 14 working days after dispatch you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. Dispatch days are on a Wednesday - so if you paid for next day delivery - it will be the day after dispatch - unless you need it in a hurry - then use the contact us form with your order number and ask for next day (cut off for booking is 1pm)
We use a courier services - APC overnight. If your parcel is lost in transit - the following procedure applies:- report the missing parcel via your rep or the contact form on website, we will contact the courier immediately (they usually take 3-5 working days to investigate before they send a claim form), we will keep you updated as to the submission of the claim form. This takes up to 14 days to process and a refund received. We will then refund you for your order.
You will never have to wait more than 14 days from the date of your claim as we will refund you
Your Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receipt of your goods, in line with your statutory rights. You will be responsible for returning the goods and on receipt of these goods, you will be refunded in full for your order minus postage costs in the event of returning due to change of mind
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the method of payment you used when you originally paid for your order.
Refunds will not be issued where bath bombs or similar items are cracked or are not perfectly spherical. Cracks and small amounts of uneveness and imperfections are present on most hand made bath bombs, creamers and such like, and are there from manufacture. The vast majority of items are HAND MADE and this is part of the charm of hand made products - they are not perfect or flawless. This in no way effects their primary function, however may effect it cosmetically in appearance. If you want perfect - then the factory produced ranges of products would probably be more suitable for you.
Refunds will of course will be issued if the item is broken or smashed - please take a photo of effected item and return and we will issue a complete refund.
Wrong Item(s) Delivered
If, by mistake we supply you with an incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days via email
Goods Delivered but customer claiming they have not received
When goods are delivered by both couriers, the tracking is updated to reflect such.
If you claim that it has not been received (because left in a "safe place" or left with a neighbour) we will contact the courier and report the complaint. We will contact you to advise of the couriers investigation and the outcome, and if a signiture has been received we will send you a copy of the electronic signiture and name in order to try and trace the parcel. "left with neighbour" cards /tracking - please check with neighbours to see if received. If not there, In these incidences we would advise you to contact Police if no trace of parcel with neighbour as this would be classed as "stolen". As legally you are the owner of the parcel (you paid for it) it will be you that reports to police - we will of course provide you with all the information you need to do this.
If you claim item not received but tracking says it has been posted through letterbox - we will check the size of parcel sent to you to see if this is physically possible (eg most bath bombs will not fit in a standard letterbox) and we may ask you to take a photo of your letterbox to provide proof to the courier company and we will lodge a complaint and put in a claim - refunding you as soon as received from courier.. If the product (eg a bar of soap) could fit in a letterbox, we will still forward your complaint - however if an investigation comes back stating this was delivered we cannot refund in these circumstances.
Please note, as stated above, in the event of an item arriving damaged contact must be made to ourselves in writing and we will advise whether a return is necessary. We request photographic evidence of all damages wherever possible, rather than a return.
Items should be returned in their original packaging and 'as new'. Email for return information.
Non-Delivery of Item(s)
Please allow 7 working days from dispatch for the delivery of ordered items. If there is a delay dispatching your order we will inform you. If the items are still not delivered after this time, please contact us via email or the ‘contact us’ form on the website. Please provide us with the original order number as reference.
We will then investigate the non-delivery with the relevant delivery service provider used for the order and put in a claim - PLEASE NOTE this may take up to 14 days at the most, however as soon as we receive confirmation that the parcel has not been delivered and cannot be located by the courier company we will submit the claim and refund when received.
Misuse of Goods
Cosmetic Use Disclaimer
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up-to-date. Most bath bombs contain body safe colourants and fragrances and will not stain either a person or a bath tub. As with all bath products - please rinse bath after use to remove any particles (eg glitter or lavender etc) and any remnant of colour. Please make sure your bath is clean before use - eg a "tide mark" on a bath may attract more colour than a clean surface. If your bath tub is painted or damaged, it is advisable to avoid bath bombs with colour as the porous areas will attract the colour and prove difficult to remove. All of our suppliers use either water soluable dyes or mica in their products. Bath bombs are highly coloured products and as such transference can occur to skin or clothing if handling when wet. It is advisable that those with bleached / dyed hair do not submerge hair into coloured bath water as hair is very porous and can result in colour pigment being taken into hair shaft. Please note that they are only temporary discolouring to skin and will not cause any lasting staining.
Please note that if you have sensitive skin - you are always advised to check ingredients and then carry out a skin test - dampen a small part of the bath bomb and rub on inner arm - check 24 hours later for any reaction. Often children can have sensitive skin so it is always best to do a skin test on any new product. Fragrance oils in particular, can have any one of 26 known allergens in (proved to cause irritation / rash / discomfort).
All products are for external use only. Bath bombs are not suitable for under 3yrs.
